The location is fantastic, just minutes from parks and major attractions. The corner suite on the top floor was spacious with fine views of downtown and the Calgary Tower. Although the bathroom lacked a lock, and accessing the window view required some maneuvering, the overall setup with large TVs and Netflix access was great. Parking was convenient and hassle-free.

Excellent welcome at the reception and restaurant. Spacious rooms and very comfortable bedding. We appreciated the proximity of the gardens to relax at the end of the day.
Would have liked a room with a higher floor for the view

great spot for exploring the city's best parks and landmarks
The hotel is nestled close to the calgary tower and within a short stroll to the scenic olympic plaza. The room was modern and comfortable with a fantastic view. There's a clear need for more efficient housekeeping, but overall, you can't beat the central location for weekend adventures.

When I am in Calgary, I like staying here. This is a quiet hotel with immensely pleasant staff at the reception desk. The location is stunning and awesome, 5 minutes' walk to Grand Theatre. The breakfast with toast and the thickest slices, for instance is savoury and incredible for what is offered.

Here's what works, and what doesn't
The location is a real gem, just steps from food and sights. The bar on-site offers a fantastic happy hour. The staff is great.
It was quite annoying and impacted our overall rest .

The location, close to the center. The comfort of the bed. The large room for a standard room. Clean and large bathroom. The soundproofing is perfect. (Another guest was playing violin in his room, probably to practice a music competition, and you could hear him in the hallway, but absolutely nothing in the room!
Elevators that are a little old and need to be changed (functioning of doors that are a little defective)

The location was perfect for visiting the Bow River walkway and checking out the local parks. Our Queen Room was spacious and the staff was super friendly. The Elite Pantry was a great perk for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place for a fun group getaway!
The service in the restaurant was a bit slow during a busy weekend with a wedding and tour groups. It would be good to keep that in mind if you're planning to dine there.

the behaviour of the staff, very professional and smiling.
Non-modern rooms and the state of the place in general, requires a good refreshment.

I thoroughly enjoyed this property - comfortable modern and good standard hotel.
Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was particularly good and short walk to restaurants and shopping and a business district and an island. The pool was excellent, savoury breakfasts with toast and the thickest slices. Extremely friendly staff at the reception desk, everything was amazing...
